IMPORTANT VOTING INFORMATION
Date of election: Tuesday, November 3, 2009
Last day to register to vote: Monday, October 5, 2009
If you do not know if you are qualified to vote, please call the Town Clerk or the County Recorder at the numbers listed below.
Polling places will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Any qualified elector may be accopmanied into the voting booth by a person of such elector's choice for the purpose of assisting such elector in casting a ballot.
Sample ballots mayb e taken into the voting place and into the voting booth on the day of election.
Any qualified elector who, at 7:00pm, is in the line of the waiting voters, will be allowed to prepare and cast a ballot.

First day early ballots available: Friday, October 8, 2009
Last day to request an early ballot by mail: Friday, October 23, 2009
Last day to vote early in person: Thursday, October 29, 2009 (at Cave Creek Town Hall)
Friday, October 30, 2009 (at Maricopa County Election Offices)

Last day to return early ballot 7:00pm, Tuesday, November 3, 2009
To vote early in person, appear at any offices shown below no later then the close of business Thursday, October 29, 2009. Early voting in person will be permitted Monday through Thursday during regular business hours at Cave Creek Town Hall and Monday through Friday at Maricopa County Election Offices.
Verbal requests for an early ballot can be made by calling the Maricopa County Recorder, Star Cell Center, (602) 506-1511.
Written requests for an early ballot may be sent to the Maricopa County Elections Department, 111 S. Third Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Written requests should include: Name, Residence Address, Birthdate, Elections for which the ballot is being requested, Address where ballot is to be mailed if other thean residence raddress, Signature of requester.
Written or verbal request for an early ballot must be recieved before the close of business, Friday, October 23, 2009 at Maricopa County Election Offices
in order for the ballot to be mailed. Written requests should be sent to the Maricopa County Recorder, Elections Department 111 S. Thrird Avenue; Phoenix, AZ 85003.
Requests to vote early in person can be made at the Town Hall of Cave Creek, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ 85331, Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Return voted early ballots to one of the following offices or at any polling place no later than 7:00 pm on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2009, in order for the ballot to be counted.
