The Planning & Zoning Commission (the "Commission") is the planning agency for the Town and has the powers necessary to enable it to fulfill its planning function, in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Zoning Ordinance. The Commission shall advise the Town Council regarding applications for amendments to the General Plan, Area Specific Plans and this Ordinance, and for development, including subdivisions.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets the third Thursday of each month, provided cases have been scheduled, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ.
