"Frontier Tour" - Cave Creek Park - Nov. 7
We are going to flashback to the past and visit the days of the Old West. We will be visiting Cave Creek’s history and make you feel like you are riding the stagecoach. This easy 2 mile hike will bring you down our historic Slate Trail and visit an old mining site. Bring EXTRA water and some sturdy shoes.

Craig Morgan Concert at Harold's Corral - Nov. 7
Harold’s Cave Creek Corral celebrates “Cave Creek Wild West Days” with a special outdoor concert featuring one of country music’s most beloved performers, Craig Morgan. Grand Ole Opry member Morgan has made more than 150 appearances on the Opry’s legendary stage, and plays over 200 sold-out concerts a year. He spent 10 years on active duty in the U.S. Army before launching his music career, and makes a point to perform as often as possible at U.S. military installations both in the U.S. and abroad. He has held jobs as a store security guard, a deputy sheriff, a construction worker, a Wal-Mart assistant dairy manager, and an EMT.

Elephant Mountain Fortress Hike - Spur Cross - Nov. 7
Join us for a 7 mile / 5 hour roundtrip trek into the backcountry to one of the premier archaeological sites on the Conservation Area. Participants need to be in good condition and familiar with what hiking on primitive trails for this distance entails. Participants must bring at least 1 liter of water. We recommend you have a hat, & dress in layers.
