Exploring the Dragonfly Trail - Spur Cross - Nov. 6
Come along with interpretive ranger Kevin Smith on this exploration of the newest trail in the Spur Cross trail system, the Dragonfly Trail. On this moderate three mile hike we will visit a prehistoric rock art site and also stroll along a beautiful section of riparian habitat on Cave Creek.

Roberta Kritzia, artist, lecturer and Italy tour designer has just returned from her yearly trip to Italy. She and her husband Henry Dalgart conducted a "stunning" 12 day small group tour to Lake Maggiore and Venice, Italy. They will have a lively slide/lecture to see and hear the places that she will take their group to in 2010.

Part of the Moon, All the Hike - Cave Creek Park - Nov. 6
Join the Ranger as we enjoy the magic of the desert at night. This easy 2 mile hike will follow a portion of our Slate Trail which brings you through the history and wonders of Cave Creek Park and the Sonoran Desert. You never know what will be around the next corner. Don't forget plenty of water and proper hiking gear. Bring a flashlight in case you need it.
