After annexation approval by the State of Arizona, the Town of Cave Creek will be moving forward with the process of rezoning approximately 7,750 acres of annexed Arizona State Trust Land. The map link below is provided for your reference.

The subject rezoning cases received public hearing by the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission on Thursday, November 6, 2008. At the November 6th meeting, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 on each of the four rezoning cases to Recommend Approval of the Rezoning. The Town Council will consider these cases on Monday, December 1, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, Arizona.
